I agree that the fun times are important!

Renee, I did wonder about her wanting to help me make breakfast and when she wanted to get out of the house to go to Wal-Mart with me... but I guess it's good for her to feel normal while she can too. And then again, sometimes it doesn't matter, and we have to let go and enjoy. It's all part of the learning process.

And the crash did pass, and wasn't around too long either.Laura (aka Mom)https://www.blogger.com/profile/09511450863275103185noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4200578301791831921.post-30671534556335181642009-03-04T17:47:00.000-06:002009-03-04T17:47:00.000-06:00Yes, yes! Kids with CFS have lost so much - they absolutely need to just let go and be normal kids once in awhile. I'm glad she had such a good time, even though she's paying the price now. The crash will soon pass...

SueSue Jacksonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14532098225905355332noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4200578301791831921.post-91178691068740812302009-03-03T15:41:00.000-06:002009-03-03T15:41:00.000-06:00So glad Jessica had such a fun time with her frien...So glad Jessica had such a fun time with her friends...being a teenager! I identified with when she wanted to help you with brk and then go to Walmart too...it is like once I get started on having a good gtime it is hard to stop from adreneline surges or the sheer joy of feeling a bit normal...and then all of a sudden I realize I have pushed to hard. I am still learning to rest ahead of something and then just limit the fun time and resting before I crash. And I am 60!!!! Sometimes it is worth the crash though....like Shelli said.Reneehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07089685282700680525noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4200578301791831921.post-48988883039441708782009-03-03T12:49:00.000-06:002009-03-03T12:49:00.000-06:00I'm with you. You don't want CFS to rob her of all the fun of being a teenager.Shellihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04533995997196611261noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4200578301791831921.post-63882943187344488202009-03-02T20:00:00.000-06:002009-03-02T20:00:00.000-06:00I'm sorry to hear that she's had a bad day. Those fun times can't be taken every week obviously, but they are important.Lori Phttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01808703279193470654noreply@blogger.com
